Discover the magic of the Amazonian rainforest and let all your senses be indulged. Immerse in the jungle during 4 days and 3 nights where you will visit some of the most beautiful spectacles of the world, like the parrot clay lick. Learn more about the Kichuas’ culture during a community visit, and enjoy a beautiful sunset from your canoe. Then head to Quito and let a local private guide share with you all the city’s best-kept secrets. End your journey at the natural spring pools in Papallacta and delight yourself with a hot stone massage before your trip home.
Day 1: Quito

Day 2: Coca – La Selva
Meals included: breakfast, box lunch, dinner
Transfer from your hotel to the airport
Flight from Quito to Puerto Francisco de Orellana “El Coca”
Motorized and paddle canoe ride on the Napo River to La Selva lodge
Short walk through the Matapalo Trail
Accommodation: La Selva lodge
Day 3: La Selva
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner
Observation tower, 120 ft above the forest
Tucaneta trail to observe and learn about some medicinal plants of the rainforest
Optional: a one hour hike to the Mandi Cocha lagoon and the Igapo Forest to sport different bird species, including giant otters
After lunch, head to the Chapara Trail and watch different mammals of the Amazon
Watch the sunset from your canoe and spot the nighttime wildlife
Accommodation: La Selva lodge
Day 4: La Selva
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner
Canoe ride to clay licks to observe hundreds of parrots and parakeets
Meet an Amazonian community and learn about the life of the Kichuas
After lunch, visit the Garzacocha lagoon and the Ceiba trail in order to observe different species of monkeys and bird species such as toucans and macaws
Nocturnal walk to enjoy the creatures and sounds of the Amazon Jungle
Departure briefing and goodbye dinner

Day 5: La Selva – Quito

Transfer from the lodge to the airport in Puerto Francisco de Orellana “El Coca”
Flight to Quito
